Meridian Wound Care was founded by a team with backgrounds across medicine, podiatry, elderly care, and patient-focused customer service — combining clinical wound care expertise with real experience caring for aging and homebound patients.
That mix means every mobile wound care visit in Middle Tennessee is handled with both medical precision and genuine patience for the people receiving it. After seeing too many patients struggle to get consistent in-home wound care between clinic visits, we built Meridian Wound Care to close that gap directly, one house call at a time.
